“We bought a home in Crystal Beach in 2012. It needed a lot of work in order to make it more efficient, comfortable and attractive. We contacted 3 local companies and were immediately impressed with the Schaubel Bros. when our call was promptly and courteously returned. Darryl and Brad met with us within three days, offered several suggestions and options, and gave us an estimate promptly. Initially, we decided to hire them to remove our old patio and replace it. Both Darryl and Brad were wonderful to work with. They were courteous, meticulous in their work, creative and were always on the job when promised. Their work area was always tidied before they left for the day. Schaubel Bros. did such a wonderful job on our patio, that we decided to have them remove the cement pad outside our garage and tear up the old asphalt driveway and replace with patio stones and gravel. Again, they worked efficiently, creatively and completed the job in the time indicated and according to the estimate we received. We were very pleased with their work. “We had the pleasure of using Schaubel Brothers Landscaping in the spring of 2013. After we put in a new drilled well our front lawn and sidewalk were in complete disarray. With the assistance of Schaubel Brothers Landscaping a new design was incorporated that truly enhanced the look of our front and back yards. “My wife and I have a number of expectations when we contract landscaping work. Firstly, we want the work to be started on the date that we were advised it would commence. Secondly, the quality of workmanship has to be at a level where the job does not have to be redone because corners were cut and flawed construction techniques were used. Lastly, the finished product has to service our needs and look like it “belonged” on our property so that it not only looks great but does not look like a piece meal add-on. “It was later in the year when we started to get water in our basement. We called a water proofing company who recommended Schaubel Brothers Landscape. The job was to remove the existing concrete that was sloping towards the house and install interlocking brick with correct slope and a step to our pool. With the cool and wet weather of fall and breaking through 9 inches of cement and wire mesh, the Schaubel Brothers did an amazing job for us and were half the price of another quote we received. We now have no water coming into our basement and I have a great spot for my patio furniture, the Schaubel Brothers saved the day. Our next project will be the front side-walk, lawn, and flowerbed.”
